Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Zagury, dont l&#8217;objectif est le d\u00e9veloppement d&#8217;immunoth\u00e9rapies innovantes bas\u00e9es sur des peptides immunog\u00e8nes pour le traitement de maladies inflammatoires chroniques. La start-up est accompagn\u00e9e depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es par <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/business-angels.info\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Les Business Angels des Grandes Ecoles<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">L&#8217;approche innovante de Peptinov consiste \u00e0 induire la production d&#8217;anticorps ciblant des prot\u00e9ines du soi surproduites, directement par l&#8217;organisme du patient, suite \u00e0 des immunisations r\u00e9alis\u00e9es avec des conjugu\u00e9s peptidiques soigneusement s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">La plateforme R&amp;D de Peptinov utilise les outils de la bioinformatique et de la mod\u00e9lisation mol\u00e9culaire afin de concevoir des s\u00e9quences peptidiques qui induiront la production d&#8217;anticorps dirig\u00e9s contre les prot\u00e9ines du soi surproduites. Cette plateforme est applicable \u00e0 toute prot\u00e9ine cristallis\u00e9e et peut g\u00e9n\u00e9rer rapidement des peptides candidats.
