C&#8217;est la premi\u00e8re plateforme r\u00e9gionale destin\u00e9e \u00e0 mobiliser l\u2019\u00e9pargne des citoyens pour financer les entreprises gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un partenariat public-priv\u00e9 in\u00e9dit.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">La R\u00e9gion Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes&nbsp;a finalis\u00e9 la constitution d\u2019une plateforme de <strong>financement participatif<\/strong> favorisant l\u2019<strong>\u00e9pargne de proximit\u00e9<\/strong>, \u00ab Incit\u2019financement \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une initiative de la R\u00e9gion, port\u00e9e par la<strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.business-angels-auvergne-rhone-alpes.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">coordination r\u00e9gionale des Business Angels d\u2019Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes<\/a><\/strong> forte de 11 associations, et rassemblant un large partenariat public, priv\u00e9 et associations. La cr\u00e9ation de la plateforme impuls\u00e9e par la R\u00e9gion permettra \u00e0 tout particulier, investisseur, de rentrer directement au capital des entreprises les plus prometteuses d\u2019Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">\u00ab Je veux faire des entreprises et notamment des TPE-PME et des entreprises familiales une de nos priorit\u00e9s. Il faut les aider dans leurs diff\u00e9rents stades de croissance. Cette plateforme s\u2019inscrit dans notre volont\u00e9 de venir en aide aux entreprises r\u00e9gionales. Elle a en plus l\u2019avantage de faire participer les habitants d\u2019Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes au d\u00e9veloppement de leur \u00e9conomie. \u00c7a, c\u2019est une R\u00e9gion qui va dans le bon sens \u00bb, explique Laurent WAUQUIEZ, pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9gion Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Cette d\u00e9marche, port\u00e9e par Martial SADDIER, vice-pr\u00e9sident en charge de l\u2019Economie, traduit la volont\u00e9 de la R\u00e9gion d\u2019intervenir le plus largement possible dans les financements des entreprises r\u00e9gionales. En effet, les entreprises \u00e0 fort potentiel de croissance peuvent acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique r\u00e9gional et cr\u00e9er de nouveaux emplois, mais elles sont souvent brid\u00e9es par un manque de fonds propres. En r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 ce d\u00e9fi, la R\u00e9gion lance la plateforme<strong> Incit\u2019financement<\/strong>. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cet outil de place, tout investisseur citoyen pourra, en pleine conscience des risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 un investissement dans une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 non cot\u00e9e, rentrer directement au capital des entreprises les plus prometteuses d\u2019Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes via un financement participatif.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">&#8220;Incit\u2019financement doit permettre d\u2019ici 5 ans de doubler l\u2019investissement citoyen au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice des entreprises, le faisant passer de <strong>3,5 \u00e0 8 M\u20ac<\/strong>.
