Le public du Festival interceltique de Lorient pourra \u00e9galement d\u00e9couvrir cette technologie, dans un bar \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re ouvert tout expr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">L&#8217;entrepreneur finist\u00e9rien, pr\u00e9sident de NDMAC Systems,&nbsp;est bien d\u00e9cid\u00e9 \u00e0 &#8220;<em>bousculer le march\u00e9 du CHR<\/em>&#8220;.&nbsp;Un march\u00e9 qu&#8217;il a d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9volutionner, notamment, en 2016, avec l&#8217;ouverture d&#8217;un premier bar connect\u00e9, \u00e0 Brest, le Ty Reuz, et de La Maison Jaune, son &#8220;<em>caf\u00e9-concert laboratoire<\/em>&#8220;, dans le quartier historique de Locmaria, \u00e0 Quimper.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">C&#8217;est dans ce m\u00eame quartier, \u00e0 tout juste 100 m, que la Back (Brasserie artisanale connect\u00e9e de Kemper) va pouvoir voir le jour, notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une lev\u00e9e de fonds r\u00e9ussie d&#8217;1,5 millions d&#8217;euros. Des fonds obtenus gr\u00e2ce aux banques mais aussi du soutien des&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.finistereangels.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Finist\u00e8re angels<\/a>. Les travaux commenceront&nbsp;par une d\u00e9molition de partie, la deuxi\u00e8me quinzaine de septembre. L&#8217;ouverture de ce nouveau bar-laboratoire est d&#8217;ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 not\u00e9e dans l&#8217;agenda de Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Istin : ce sera&nbsp;le 1<sup>er<\/sup>&nbsp;juillet 2018.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align:justify\">Un outil de brassage digital<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Dans cet espace de 700 m\u00b2, les consommateurs pourront se servir directement aux tables de tirage &#8220;pression&#8221; imagin\u00e9es par le cr\u00e9ateur de NDMAC Systems. La grande innovation sera aussi la mise \u00e0 disposition d&#8217;un &#8220;<em>outil de brassage pilote et digital reli\u00e9 aux tables<\/em>&#8220;. La Back,&nbsp;l&#8217;entrepreneur finist\u00e9rien la r\u00eave comme un endroit chaleureux,<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;<em>avec une ambiance \u00e0 l&#8217;australienne, o\u00f9 les choses sont carr\u00e9es, les salari\u00e9s heureux et une offre bas\u00e9e sur les craftbeers et les vins locaux.<\/em>&#8220;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Mais avant de voir son r\u00eave devenir r\u00e9alit\u00e9, Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Istin est sur d&#8217;autres chantiers d&#8217;ici la fin 2017&nbsp;: l&#8217;ouverture d&#8217;un bar \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re dans le cadre du Festival interceltique de Lorient (56), du 4 au 13 ao\u00fbt, et celle d&#8217;un second bar connect\u00e9 \u00e0 Brest, le 4 octobre.
