Cette start-up française, créée en 2014 par Yassine Chabli, Said El Haddati et Quentin Georget, propose une solution innovante : mettre à disposition des formateurs et des managers une plateforme qui permet de captiver et de faire participer l’auditoire.
Pour accélérer son développement, Beekast vient de boucler une levée de 2,7 millions d’euros. ISources et des business angels appartenant aux réseaux Paris Business Angels et Val’Angels ont participé à ce tour de table.

“Concrètement notre solution prend la forme d’une application mobile. Il n y a aucune difficulté d’utilisation”, confie Yassine Chabli, l’un des trois co-fondateurs. L’application permet de lancer des questionnaires, des sondages ou encore des questions ouvertes. Beekast est également utilisable par les services RH ou les managers pour mesurer en temps réel l’implication et la motivation des équipes. La start-up, qui compte 20 collaborateurs répartis entre Paris et Nantes, concurrence donc à la fois Klaxoon, spécialisée dans l’organisation d’évènements, et les start-up axées sur l’engagement des collaborateurs en réunion(Zest me up ou encore Supermood).
Conséquence, l’entreprise revendique 500 000 utilisateurs et 300 clients, aussi bien dans les PME que chez les grands groupes. Microsoft, Thales, Uniqlo ou encore le Medef ont succombé aux charmes de cette pépite de la French Tech.
La levée de capitaux doit permettre d’accélérer. “Le marché est en pleine croissance, nous avons triplé notre chiffre d’affaires chaque année. Mais il risque d’être mature à moyen terme et de se concentrer. Cette levée nous permettra de devenir incontournable”, explique Yassine Chabli. Dans l’immédiat, Beekast cherche à recruter au plus vite 50 collaborateurs (développeurs, commerciaux et fonction support ou encore Ux designer). Pour la suite, Yassine Chabli et ses associés ne s’interdisent rien : ouverture de bureaux à l’étranger ou acquisition de concurrents sont des options qui sont mises sur la table.
